It's a Girl!

Well most everyone knows by now but we found out on July 1st that we are having a baby girl! We are both extremely excited that we will have one of each. Now all that we have to figure out is what to name this little girl and we will be set. Any suggestions are very welcome. Both Grandmas, Aunt Sarah and Mom have all gone crazy about buying clothes and little accessories for her and her wardrobe is now bigger than mine.

Aquarium & Park

On Saturday my parents treated us to a day at the Living Planet Aquarium. Garrett loved it. He was so excited to see all of the fish. He was so mesmerized by the jelly fish and he couldn't wait for the petting area. He got to pet a sting ray, horseshoe crab, starfish & an urchin. Jordan and I were surprised at how excited he got and decided to upgrade our passes for a year pass. Now he can go again and again.

We also celebrated with Randy, Becah & Riley at the park for Riley's 18 mo. B-day. Riley was so cute and excited to see everyone. We tried to take advantage and get some cute pics of all the grand kids together but everyone was tired and so it didn't work out to well. Jordan did manage to get a few cute ones of Garrett, he was hamming it up quite a bit.

Garrett also went on the slide for the first time, he didn't love it but we will keep trying.

Daddy & Garrett

Tonight Garrett wanted to spend some quality time with his Daddy and the computer. He was so cute, I had just stripped him down to get him ready for bed and he climbed down off the bed grabbed his blanket and headed straight for Dad. Anytime that he can get both his Daddy and the computer is a good time for Garrett. After I took the first picture he looked over at me and I was able to get this shot. Cutest little baby ever!

The other day I was getting Garrett some breakfast and he was being extra cute so I snapped a few shots. The last pic is my favorite. I absolutely love it when he pinches his lips tight like that.

Baby Due Date

Yesterday I had my first visit with my Dr since finding out I was pregnant. He did his check up thing and told me that he didn't think that I was 8 weeks nearly 9 weeks like previously thought so he sent me over to have an ultrasound. Much to my dismay I am only 6 weeks along :( My due date is now Nov 21st instead of Nov 4th.
Quite a bummer to me - here I was thinking I am almost done with my 1st Trimester and in actuality I am smack dab in the middle.
To make matters worse the morning sickness has set in and not only am I sick in the morning it has to last all day long... I have even woke up in the middle of the night because of it. Ah well at least I will get a cute baby out of it.

Happy Birthday Garrett

Garrett just celebrated his 1st birthday last Sunday. We had a big party with both sides of our families. It was a great day. Garrett got spoiled with tons of gifts and loved his birthday cake as well.

Halloween

Okay I know that it is almost February but I just got this cute pic sent to me by my freind Shelley. It was taken at our wards Trunk - or - Treat. Jordan is Harvey Unga of the BYU Cougars & Garrett is Plaxico Burress of the NY Giants (P.S - thanks to Liz who sent Garrett this cute Jersey)
I of course went as their #1 fan. I really love the stuffing that we put in Jordans costume. He looks so big, burly & dominating :) I also love that Garrett was really good with his makeup - I had more smudges in mine by the end of the night then he had. What a good baby.
